Clothes Lockers
It is our goal to give children in the Greater Alton area the opportunity to cut the tags off of their own new clothes, enabling them to feel confident and proud of what they own.
Our goal is for students to be seen for who they are and what they do, not for what they are wearing. They feel more confident when they have a new outfit that fits properly and is appropriate for the occasion.
Lockers in Schools
Throughout the school year, teachers, counselors and administrators have access to a "Locker" filled with basic clothing and shoes that children can use as needed.
Clothing sponsorship:
Each week beginning in September we post a child in need of clothes. These children are nominated by school nurses, school social workers and teacher

Back to High School Sponsorships
In 2020, our organization started hosting a school sponsorship to help provide teens with the items required to start the school year on the right foot. Every teen will receive a new outfit and a new pair of shoes along with school supplies.

Got-Your-Back-2-School Supply Giveaway
Our organization collects new or gently used backpacks, and school supplies for local children every year. One out of every two children does not have the necessary items needed for school.

Teen Christmas
At Christmas time several community organizations collect toys and gifts for younger children usually up to age 12, but donations for teenagers are always low. This means many of the teens will receive no gifts during the holiday season.
Our goal is to brighten the holidays of Alton area teenagers with special gifts of fun and practical items. We will provide holiday gifts to homeless and low-income teenagers who may not have any special attention at this festive time.

Secret Santa
Teenagers are nominated by local schools each year to receive Christmas assistance. The majority of those teens have younger siblings under the age of 12. It is our goal to brighten the holiday season for the whole family.

Easter Event
Every Easter, we host a different community event. Families are welcome to attend these events for free. For information on events, follow our Facebook page.
